The licence covers the public performance of background music from a phonogram (e.g. TV, radio, computer, CD and streaming services suitable for public use) in the amusement parks
The licence covers the public performance of music as background music on the premises managed by the customer in the amusement park area (such as restaurants, cafeterias and customer premises) only if the background music played is the same as or similar to the music otherwise played in the area.
The licence also covers the public performance of music in the ways presented above in a free entry event organized in the area, where the significance and amount of music is small, as well as the performance of background music on the premises managed by the customer in the area where the background music is performed when it is the same as or similar to the music played elsewhere in the area
The licence is venue specific
The price of the licence is determined by the number of visitors
The invoicing of the licence is annually and the licence can be terminated at the end of the calendar year
