With background music, you can create the desired atmosphere at your premises and delight your staff and customers with their favourite songs. This licence is suitable for, for example, hair salons, beauty salons, shops and health centres – in short, for any premises or spaces customers visit or do business in.

Information about the licence
- The licence covers the public performance of phonograms (e.g. TV, radio, computer, CD and streaming services suitable for public use) in the customer premises of retail and specialty stores
- The licence is venue specific
- The price of the licence is determined by the surface area of the customer premises
- The billing cycle is selected when purchasing a licence, and it can be annual, semi-annual or quarterly
- The licence is valid until further notice and the notice period for the licence is one month
Special conditions for the licence
- If several entrepreneurs operate at the same venue, the entrepreneurs can purchase a joint licence
- If the beauty care entrepreneur works alone in the venue, the surface area is defined according to the lowest price category – Contact our customer service if you work alone and the surface area of your business premises is more than 30m²
- A licence is not required if the customer facility is in one’s own apartment. However, if the customer facility has its own entrance, a licence is required
- If you play music videos in your venue, you need a separate music videos in customer premises licence
How the prices are determined and billing
- The price of the licence is determined by the surface area of the customer premises
- The customer premises mean the premises to which the customer has access. Employees’ break areas and storage areas are excluded from the surface area
- The billing cycle is selected when purchasing a licence, and it can be annual, semi-annual or quarterly
