DJ licence for the venue
The licence is intended for e.g. for pubs and bars, dance restaurants, nightclubs and clubs with DJs
The license covers the reproduction of music by DJs in the venue. The license also contains the right to use works acquired for private use from online music stores for public presentation contrary to the terms of purchasing
However, the license does not cover the public performance; the place of performance must have valid performance licenses from Gramex and Teosto
In those venues where the event organizer has a valid venue DJ license or one-time DJ license, the DJ does not need a personal DJ license to play music
The licence is venue specific
The price of the licence is determinated by the number of customer seats
The billing cycle is selected when purchasing a license, and it can be annual, semi-annual or quarterly
The notice period for the licence is one month
