The licence covers recording of the music for 24 hours at a single, one-time event
The licence also covers the right to use music, obtained from online music stores intended for private use, to be used publicly, contrary to the terms and conditions of the purchase
The licence does not cover streaming services nor the public use of the music, the venue needs to have valid usage licences, granted by Gramex and Teosto
The daily permission to reproduce licence is suitable for DJs or events that occur once
The licence can be obtained either by the DJ or the event organizer
The licence is granted for the playing of music in the venue specified by the customer (e.g. concert hall) for the duration of the event
The payment is one-time and the licence is valid according to the customer’s notice 24 hours after the start of the event. If it is a DJ activity, then the licence covers the making of recordings related to the event in question already before the start of the DJ activity for a reasonable period of time
